Welcome !

Finding Balance and Serenity in a Stressed Out World.

Welcome to our website. I am honored to have you stop by and visit.

There are a few things going on here. This is the home of The Bridge, an organization committed to assisting men to create breakthroughs in their life primarily through our 3-day weekend Bridge events. Additionally, I enjoy blogging about life and sharing experiences. And, soon we will have a nice 7 day online course to offer free of charge. The purpose of the 7 day course is to provide some guidance in navigating the stress we all deal with on a daily basis. Stay tuned.  Join our mailing list, and you will be notified of all blogs and the release of the 7 day course. So enjoy, read, watch, listen, comment, and prosper.

Thanks again for visiting.  Jay Cradeur

Welcome to The Bridge, an organization committed to assisting men to create breakthroughs in their life primarily through our 3-day weekend Bridge events.  Additionally, we have created a website that offers insights and opportunities for masculine growth and awareness.  The purpose of the website is to provide you with information about future events, and lots of cool stuff to read and perhaps contribute a comment.

 Our Next Event!!

The Bridge Men’s Initiation Ritual

July 20 – 22nd, 2012

Kansas City, MO

The Bridge is a sacred gathering of men.  It is a 3-Day Initiation Ritual.  The Bridge takes place away from all the reminders and demands of your partner, your work, and our society. We select a location seeped in Nature.  The Bridge is a rare opportunity to cut the bullshit and take a searing look at your life.  It is a gift you can give to yourself.  A few key components of The Bridge are Initiation, Ritual, Masculine Feedback, and Self Knowledge.   We call on the wisdom of our ancestors, those that came before, and who have shared simple and profound wisdom.  The Bridge is an opportunity to stop, take a well deserved break, reassess, and powerfully move forward in your life with a deeper and truer sense of self.

“There are details about your identity that you alone will have to discover, and that’s what you have come to initiation to go and find out.  To come to this planet you first had to plunge into the depths of a chasm.  In order to return to where you came from, you will do the same thing.”   Malidoma Some

There is something sacred and special that occurs when men gather in an arena of self discovery.  It is masculine bliss, and there is nothing quite like it.  At The Bridge, we will have so much pure, unadulterated, exuberant fun!  There are few things so wonderful as to participate with a remarkable group of men, doing the work of men, and knowing that this work will make a huge impact on our lives.  There truly is nothing out there that is like The Bridge.  It isn’t therapy.  It isn’t feel good ego fulfillment.  It isn’t in your head.  It is about the truth.  It is about discovering who we each are as human beings.  When you take away all the labels and trapping of our culture, what is left?  Who are we as men?  And… Who are we as human beings?  The vision of The Bridge is to give each man a unique opening into himself where answers to the seminal question: “Who Am I?” live.

I did not observe any part of your website that deals with careers with your organization. I am a Publisher/Media Director and am interested in working with your company. I would appreciate a phone call or other form of communication. Respectfully submitted.

    Dear Jay,
I am disheartened to read about the passing of Daven Joy on your blog. Please contact me to tell me what you more. I saw the video you posted on your blog. Looks like you are doing great work with The Bridge. Please get in touch.
